Scrapbook Expo in Anaheim, Ca. was fantastic!!!!!

The Scrapbook Expo brought their fantastic flair for fun to Anaheim, California last weekend!!! It was worth every penny! I cropped, shopped,& Make N' Taked till I dropped!!! New vendors and old were playing their "A Game". My favorite Make N' Takes...SEI, Quick Quotes, Rubber Cafe, The Stamps of Life, Clear Scrap, Avocado Arts, Donna Salazar, Stampin' Fools, & Scrapbook Fun'Addicts. I missed doing PK Glitz's Make N' Take they ran out! : (
The crops I attended were The Make N' Take Crop on Thursday & the Pamper Yourself Crop on Saturday! The Make N' Takes were so wonderful! The Rubber Cafe, Avocado Arts, Krazy Kreations, Craft Fantastic, Dollar Scrapbooking, Bee Creative (Jennie Black ), Paper Wizard, Shoestring Productions, & Mon Ami Gabby. I highly recommed this crop in Ontario. The Pamper Yourself Crop was a lot of fun too! Their was a Pajama Contest. I won second place! I lost to Liquored Up Lucy! I sewed ink pads (Quick Quotes, & The Stamps of Life), stickers( Jolee's), stamps( The Stamps of Life, The Rubber Cafe, Avocado Arts, SEI & Rubbernecker Stamps), bling (From Want 2 Scrap, Recollections, Queen & Co.), markers (Faber-Castell & Copic), pattern scissors, Candi (See Rubber Cafe if you don't know what these are), ribbon, Stickles, SEI Spray dye, clips, My Club Button for The Stamps of Life, and my rose( Melissa from The Rubber Cafe made for me with her ribbon and specialty glue) on my robe and slippers. I also had a Paper Wizard Scrapbook T-shirt on. I won a Special Laser cut for the Scrapbook Expo, stamps, stickers, and a chipboard mini album. I made new friends Alice (she's a designer for Lea' France you must try their templates!) and Linda. There was a manicurist, and a massage thearapist there , but I couldn't waste my money on that stuff....I had SCRAPBOOKING Stuff to buy!!!! Dollar Scrapbooking, Shoestring Productions, Strictly Scrapbooking were some of the vendors with special deals for us.
The there were the best classes! Love, love, love the classes. I a Faithful Q-Club girl took my Quick Quotes classes!!! Lisa is such a sweetheart! A wonderful teacher! I highly recommend Quick Quote Classes!!! But come early, start punching, and don't throw anything away!!
Now since we are talking about wonderful teachers, although I didn't take any classes because they were the same as Ontario 2011, I absolutely love Val Stokes of SEI! Any new Scrappers? Take Val's SEI classes, sit in the front, and tell her you are a new scrapper. She will take the very best care of you. You will be successful and happy. Tons of give aways, And you pros you will love the classes so much.
Avocado Arts was a new one for me! Loved Michelle the designer . She is funny, gives great tips, and thinks of stuff you would never think of. Cute, cute, cute.
Queen & Co. Trunk Show Class...Wow! You take home a lot of neat stuff!!!
Legacy Paper Arts was really neat too! Her Layouts are works of art. Intricate, and beautiful. And her I was Framed Class was so much fun!! I finally used Modge Podge!! I was too cool!!!!
Dollar Scrapbooking was really a great time! Cute layouts!
The Rubber Cafe's Flowers for an Hour. I love Melissa! She is so creative! Her glue is fantastic you can make your own glue dots with it. we used ribbon, tulle, paper, markers, water color pencils, bling, & more. She gave us so much stuff! She will make you laugh, get your creative mojo going, and you will always learn something new from this lady!
Krazy Kreations you girls can do such creative things with metal, dies, and a sanding block! My frame is so beautiful I had to buy more stuff to keep making more beautiful frames!!! Kara you are great!
Strictly Scrapbooking beautiful layouts! Tricks you'd never think of! Totally worth it! Wow!
The Scrapbook Expo had their own classes this year too. I took the CHA Review class. It was brand new and they were still working the kinks out. I will say other classes where it's a review of new and cool stuff (like Queen & Co., & Strictly Scrapbooking)we definately walked out with a LOT of cool stuff. This class I didn't feel that way. It was informative, but repeatative too. I'm sure they will work out the kinks!
I am a scrap-a-holic and a Card Making-a-holic and I may be able to admit it, but I hope I am never cured!!!! I'm getting in shape before the next one! Gotta build stamina and muscles! Although my dear, loving, thoughtful husband Ken did put me up right next to the Convention Center at The Hilton for 4 days! He is my biggest fan when I create something, and feels that taking care of wifey and making her happy is job 1 !!! I am the luckiest girl in the world, and I know it!!! So do yourself a favor and go to the next Scrapbook Expo near you! I can't wait for The Ontario, CA. Scrapbook Expo in October 2012. It will be smaller than Anaheim, but still well worth it!  Don't let creativity just flutter by!

                                         Thanks for reading!
